Administration Fee: $175
Pest Control: $7 per month
Application Fee: $75 per applicant
Valet Trash: $25 per month
Standard Deposit: $500 (refundable)
Water/Sewer: submetered and billed in arrears
Conditional Deposit: 1 month's rent (refundable)

Optional Fees

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $500

Renter's Insurance

Renter's Insurance (STERN): $15 per month
NOTE: This coverage applies to the building only and does not insure personal belongings inside the apartment.
• All leaseholders are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy and remain listed as insured for the full term of the lease.
• Leaseholders may choose their own insurance provider, provided the policy includes at least $100,000 in liability coverage and is uploaded to STERN.
